Refund policy

We have a STRICT NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE AND NO REFUND POLICY due to the perishable & customized nature of the products we are dealing in.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours, if an item is missing, defective, damaged or if you have receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

It is compulsory to make an unedited Opening Video from the beginning to end of the parcel once you receive it. So, it can be used as an evidence in case a discrepancy arises in the order.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to resolve the issue if the Original & Unedited video is not provided by the buyer.

In Transit Damages

All the orders are packed & handled with extreme care & diligence.

But once the order leaves our premise, we will not be responsible for any in transit damage caused due to the delivery company.

In case of in-transit damage, the customer is entitled to 10-50% compensation of the value of the damaged good.

It is mandatory to send the Original Opening and Unedited Videos and Pictures of the parcel to substantiate your claim.

The compensation will be decided by us after receiving the image and video proof on our whatsapp no 9717947982

The compensation amount will be decided on the basis of usability of the product and how much damage has been caused.

More than 50% Compensation will not be granted in case of in transit damages whatsoever as the parcels are handled by the delivery company in transit.

Cancellation

Order placed on the website can not be cancellled due to any reason whatsoever.

We follow a strict No Cancellation Policy.

Items in the order can not be removed once the order has been placed.

If the parcel has been RTO by the courier company due to wrong or incomplete address, pincode etc given by the customer then the order can't be cancelled.

Once the parcel has been returned back to us, then the customer can decide whether they want us to reship the same parcel or want to order something else. Delivery charges to be borne by the customer.

In case of RTO, Delivery charges and RTO Charges which are half of the delivery charges will be deducted from the amount paid by the customer.

Exchanges

All the necessary accurate details & description about the products & services is made available to the customer through our website as per best of our abilities.

Returns

Refunds

Refunds can be processed due to in transit damage.

It can also be processed due to Non Availability of an Item in your order.

It can also be processed due to missing item in your order, but to claim it you will have to provide the proof in the form of Original and Unedited Opening Video. Without this you will not be eligible for refund.

In case of missing item, we will process a refund please do not request for re-shipping as it will not be viable for us.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request due to in transit damage or any other reason, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. I approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 2 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
